House Rules:

• Check-in: After 3:00 PM
• Checkout: 11:00 AM
• Self-check-in with keypad
• No smoking
• No pets
• No parties or events
• Quiet Time 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• (Only applicable for Pelican Cove) Not suitable for children and infants

Health & Safety:

• Security Deposit – if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $1000
• $75 charge for a lost parking permit
• (Only applicable for Pelican Cove) Must climb stairs — The Condo is on the second floor with stair access only. While the unit was remodeled and the stairs are in excellent shape, the treads are more narrow than standard.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

• 48 hours after booking: Full refund: Get back 100% of what you paid.
• 7 days before check-in: Partial refund: Get back 50% of every night. No refund of the fees.
• Less than 7 days before check-in: No Refund

All the charges that apply will be made on the bank card that you have provided in your reservation. You expressly consent to the making of said charges to attend to possible penalties for applicable cancellations or no-shows. In cases where a refund is applicable, it must be requested by the client in writing to info@capitolasuites.com and it will take 5 to 10 business days for it to appear credited to the client’s account.

Best Rate Guarantee:

If you find a lower price on any other website, we will match it. Our best price guarantee will be applicable if the offer meets the following conditions:

• Same dates of stay
• Same number of adults and/or children
• Same room
• Same type of rate

In addition, you must provide us with the following information:

• The website where you found the lowest rate
• A link or screenshot where the conditions mentioned above are seen.
